However, if we make it again, I think we'll have to make some modifications to what she calls a "sauce". It was nothing but chopped raw tomatoes and basil leaves. While I'm sure Mom enjoyed it, nobody else did. Other than the lack of an actual sauce, the chicken and potatoes were phenomenal! Agreed…great recipe.
