But, I couldn’t help but say that I absolutely love your candor and transparency in each of your posts (particularly your video blogs). It takes a very secure man to face a webcam after sweating through ten miles and then confessing that his nipples are bleeding. A little too much information, but I respect your honesty. Mom and Dad on the other hand, ran 13 miles in significantly less time than I ran 10. Apparently my PR person is a little better than theirs, but I did want to say props to them. In unrelated news, Mom's Nike Plus chip has been accused of being slightly inaccurate at times. Just to put this into a little bit of perspective, I ran 10 miles in just over 2 hours.
