Welcome to the new home of the Cordle’s blog. Not that there was an old home, really. Hmm. Great start. Anyway, it’s been determined that as a family we need a blog. Several factors went into this decision.
- I (the first born) wasn’t invited to a Cordle Family outing, simply because a few unnamed family members “thought” they mentioned it to me.
- Anna Catherine (the middle child) has recently become a renowned blogger in her own right, and she could use something else to do whenever she’s not cleaning her car.
- Dad actually used the word ‘blog’ in a sentence for the first time last week.
- Goob (formerly known as ‘the one who plays soccer’) removed herself from Facebook.
- Because this stuff needs to be written down somewhere…otherwise, how will mom ever remember it?
So, now you may be asking yourself who our intended audience is.
- The Cordle 5. And Mo when mom reads aloud.
- The guy in the hat who’s the #1 fan of Anna’s other blog.
- Anyone else who’s bored enough to waste their time on our piece of the internet.
Truthfully, the main goal is to make it at least one month before we let this site die a neglected death. Hopefully it will last much longer than that, but one month is the goal.
OK Cordle’s…I’ve paved the way. Now write something worth reading!
Anna hasn’t posted anything in a while, so I was starting to get depressed. Glad to see the whole fam’s getting involved!

Adopt me. Please. I’ll just be Kathryn Hinesley Cordle Morgan. Sounds good, right? Y’all can call me “the one who invited herself into the family.” And Anna will still be “the other one.” Just think about it…
